Ezy Delivery You must join as a Video Ezy member first before you are able to start renting. The minimum age to become a Video Ezy member is 16 years old at our retail outlets, whereas for Ezy Delivery Service, the minimum age is 18 years old. For first time registration, there is a one-time registration fee of $5. When you start renting, you are deemed to have read and accepted the rental terms and conditions and to abide by the same. Our delivery personnel will advise the date the DVDs are due for pick-up and request that you select a timing for collection. Step 4 For returns, call us for collection. When you are ready to return the movies, please call 6440 9331 to confirm the delivery date and timing. Alternatively, when your movies are due for return, our customer service personnel will give you a reminder via sms or phone call. Ezy Delivery Prices New Release Rental - $6.50 Catalogue Rental - $5.50 Delivery Charge - $2.50 each way for delivery and collection (However, if you rent additional movies when your titles are due for collection, we will waive the collection charge). Extension Fee – All titles that are returned late are subject to a charge of $1 per title per day.
