• Provide us with your personal details for registration.  There is no registration fee for Ezy Delivery customers (@ the retail outlets, the registration fee is $5)
• Minimum age – 18 years old (@ the retail outlets, the minimum age is 16 years old)

• You are required to buy a rental package before you start to rent.

• Provide us with your Credit Card number, CVV number and expiry date for us to process
• Payment done, an email will be sent to you together with your member record which will indicate your credits
• Whenever your credits fall below $10, our staff will advise you to top up using the same method mentioned above.

Our friendly customer service personnel will take your rental orders and advise you when the movies will be mailed to you.  Minimum to rent: 2 movies; maximum to rent: 5 movies

Via call

• First call is at 12pm and the last call is at 9pm
• Call received before 4.30pm, you will receive the movies the next day
• Call received after 4.30pm, you will receive the movies the following day

Via email

• Email from the comfort of your home or wherever, any time of the day.
• Your rental orders will be attended to
• A call will be made to you to confirm the posting of the movies

Note:  We regret to inform that we are unable to process rental orders on Saturday and Sunday. Orders for the weekend have to reach us by 4.30pm on Friday.


Step 5

• Receive and watch the movies
• Return the movies a day before the date shown on the receipt; self-addressed envelope is provided
